When call is ringing, if a caller inputs an extension, for the call to bypass the normal queue and go right to that extension

if you want the caller to go directly to an extension the caller would first have to hit an IVR menu or a voicemail greeting as far as i know if calls are ringing live over phones i'm not sure theres a way to direct that to a specific extension. although each user should have their own direct number to give out. hope this helped.

Hello adavidco,

If someone calls a Call Queue, but knows the extension of the person they would like to reach, they would simply dial that individual's extension and our system will route them to the extension dialed.

For example, I dial the main phone number which is routed to my IT Call Queue. While it is ringing I enter 109 on my dial pad. I am then routed to Alex who is at extension 109.
