Presence: When you transfer a call, how can you tell if the person is on the other line?

This is done through Presence, but only certain phones have the capability.

When I log in to the web portal, I don't get the "phones & Numbers" under settings. Also, when the attorney - who is the administrator - logs in on the web, she does get that option, but it only shows her own extension and not ALL phones and extension.

Sandra - First, for the admin at the top of her screen she will have 2 options "my extension" or "admin portal". 

Second, do you see these options when you login?

I will check with her on the 1st thing regarding admin.  I do not see those options when I sign in.
I see "extension info"  "Direct Numbers" and "Messages and Notifications" under settings.

I'll follow up on this tomorrow - I want to talk to Tobin Dunn first.  We are having a computer person look at it tomorrow and may just contact you to help resolve.  He set up several businesses in our building.
