What features are currently available?

Real-time note-taking and AI writer for team messaging are currently available in early access preview with more features to come. For information about all the features we’re working on, visit our website.
 

Why does an audio prompt play after turning on smart notes and can I disable it?

The audio prompt that plays when AI notes are enabled can be disabled by admins.


To disable the prompt, please follow these steps:

1) Login to Admin Portal

2) Tap on Phone System tab on the top

3) Navigate to Auto Receptionist > General Settings

4) Go to AI section under the Main site

5) Turn the toggle OFF

Please check out the RingSense AI for RingEX Video above for a video walkthrough on how to disable the audio prompt. Note that when the prompt is disabled, neither party will hear the audio prompt.
 

What information do you use for your AI model?

We do not use RingCentral customer data to develop the AI model. For more information, view our RingSense AI privacy white paper.


Can I only enable/disable these features for some users?

During this early access preview, RingCentral can only enable/disable the capabilities on an account level. This means all licenses within the account will be enabled. Once generally available, admins will be able to directly control feature access to particular users.
