Having an issue today where extensions busy lamp fields are lit up indicating they are on a call even when they are not. It started with just one, but now it has progressed to all four user extensions. So now basically no one in my organization has any way of knowing if another user is free or on a call. I tried contacting support but obviously that achieved nothing. Wondering if any users in the community had experienced this or had any idea what it might be. I am using Poly VVX410 phones.

We are also having that issue. We are also having issues when someone is put on hold, it just disconnects.
