Calling USA from India using USA based ring central account / number

One of our company team members will be travelling to India for several weeks. Is it possible for him to use the Ring Cetral app on his Android phone (which is tied to our USA based Ring Central account / number) to make calls FROM India TO the United States? If so, are there additional charges?
