Hi there,

I've been looking thorugh this community and couldn't find a way to promote my guests to a member of company.
When I go to a service.ringcentral.com and add user with new email it works fine.

But whe I want to do the same with people that are already guests it says 'Unique email required'

I even deleted guest account in RingCentral App, but still getting same message.

Please advise how can I promote guests in my RingCentral to a members.
