            yeah each extension retains its own history at the moment. You may consider creating shared extensions to keep your data under one extension until this becomes possible.
                
     
                                    
            The leaving colleagues can use 'forward' button to send important message/fax to the replacement under SW>Messages>Inbox
                
     
                                    
            This is very basic feature, which is desperately needed, but since RingCentral hasn’t done anything about this for over 3 years, we are planning to replace RingCentral across all of our companies.
