Hi, can you please let me know how to display the name of operators on RC or answered calls so when we are carrying out quality assurance we can listen to a number of calls from the same operator rather than having to scrolls and listen to all answered calls?

In your Admin panel, click on Reports - Call Log. Up at the top-left area click on 'Detailed' and that will expand out each call log line. You may have to alter the extension naming so you can tell which Operator extension is showing - but you can also Filter by each extension, as well as a time period. Click onthe filter icon to expand out that criteria.
Or, is this totally off base? If so, can you provide an example/screenshot?
