Do I need to add a user and pay for it?

I am the admin/owner on our account and I don't use the system at all. However I would like to add one of the team members to the account to make calls and I would like them to have a separate username and password. Possible without paying for a separate user?

Hi @IBRAHIM HUGHES, there's no additional charge for adding a user extension, but if you need the extension to make and receive calls, a user extension with DigitalLine must be purchased.
