Downloading from Admin portal

Hi. In the USER ADMIN section of the portal, I can select a list of users with extensions, for example, and click 'download' to get an excel record. There does not seem to be a similar 'download' option within the PHONES / USER PHONES section.
Is that a limitation of the system or something to do with my level of access?
I am trying to perform some analysis and could really do with a download option.
