Nancy, this feature is available on the RingCentral Phone for Desktop. Kindly check on this KB Article https://support.ringcentral.com/article/7818.html. As of now, this is currently not available in the new RingCentral App. You may submit a feature request in our Ideas Portal, which Anirban recommended.

We would like to setup a company wide contact list that we can set up in out account so it is accessible to all staff on their phones AND desktop applications. Is that possible?
