Hello! i am new to RingCentral, i just setup an IVR menu to allow customer choose language preference, since some of our agents speaks Spanish, and all agents speak English.

i have two questions:

1. looks like the company greeting option is gone when I choose to use Multi-Level IVR menu. anyway to bring it back?

2. i created two call queue, one for each language, and the agents that speaks both languages are in both queues, is there anyway the agent can see which queue the caller select so they know which language to greet when they initial the conversation?
