How do I get to receive emails when I get a voicemail? For years, i always received an email when the office line got a voicemail.

Hi Andy,
You may want to look to see if your email client/service has suddenly put those emails in the 'junk/spam' folder - and may want to 'green light' (white list) the @ringcentral.com email server.
If that's fine, the setting for voicemail email is on Notification tab on the service.ringcentral.com website:
I prefer the 'Advanced' - as it allows you to then be a tad more specific.
