Greetings everyone, and thank you in advance for your precious help.


I would like to know if there is a solution, or a third-party app/product that can provide me with a kind of a buzzer, warning when a call is on a CALL QUEUE.

Right now we have different support representatives that have the "accept queue calls" option set to OFF, and I want to let them know if we are missing a call on our CALL QUEUE to let them set the "accept queue calls" to ON and answer to the call.

Right now we have the live report, but just seeing a 0 to 1 under a blank square is not attractive enought to know that "WE ARE MISSING A CALL" warning king of alert.
