We are having issues with a ring group (not call queue) and want to watch calls hit the ring group and see what extensions are ringing. I am only finding that I can report the call after the fact using the call log. In this case I want to see the actual extensions ringing. This is a remote location and they use deskphones and am being told they aren't ringing so troubleshooting is a bit difficult.


Any information would be appreciated.
