Hello. We have an IVR setup with 5 menu selections. When option 3 is selected (for example) we want to play massage a recorded message for those callers and then transfer the call where it needs to go, in our case a call queue.

Is this possible to do and if so, is possible to do without incurring an additional monthly fee?

The greeting needs to be setup on that specific Call Queue extension. You may check on this KB Article https://support.ringcentral.com/article/How-to-upload-after-hours-greetings-for-a-department.html

If the call queue is assigned to different numbers that has different IVR's. Then you need to create a custom rule on that call queue extension depending on the number called.
