Hi All,

We use a ring group assigned from the user 'Main Receptionist' to simultaneous ring 15 staff extensions. Prior to the last software update, when an extension picked up a call, the HUD would correctly display that extension as on an active call.


After the last update, the HUD now displays 'Main Receptionist' as on an active call but not the user extension that picked up. This is a huge problem because A) the user extension displays as available 2) Main Receptionist only shows active with the first number that called in

Main Receptionist --> Ring Group (simultaneous ring) --> User Extensions


It is not a problem with windows 10 app as far as I can tell. If a user extension is picked up on a physical device, main receptionist is shown as active on the phone itself as well.
