My business utilizes RingCentral to over 10 locations and 30+ lines; I requested to test RingSense on a 30 day trial, it did not meet the needs of my business, I requested the cancellation and refund.

It’s been almost a month and I am being told over and over “it’s undergoing approval with my superiors”

This is absolutely insane - this is an add-on feature, and I am forced now to dispute my credit card to get a semblance of justice?

I fear what would happen if I ever did decide to leave Ringcentral as a whole.. would they hold my phone numbers hostage? Can you imagine the power they hold like this?
