I recently received a fax with no heading and no date in the body of the fax. Is there a way on the user/admin side to make sure RingCentral adds Sender/Date/Time, perhaps to the bottom of the fax?
Hi Rahul, we don't have any control over the sender's fax. You can always check the sender on your call logs through your app and web portal. However, this idea is excellent! Please post this to our ideas portal here: https://ideas.ringcentral.com/. Thank you!
