I have a question, but let me give some context first.


My account currently has only one "main" line. My organization would like to add another distinct phone number to be managed under the same Admin account. Is that possible? And if so, what steps do I need to complete?

Yes, you can have multiple numbers with the same function as the main number. You have to follow the process on how to Add a Company Number to the RingCentral Account. On step 8, select Auto-Receptionist.
