I’m sorry to hear this. I recommend reaching out and asking for escalation assistance if Tier 1 Support isn't able to resolve your issue. They’ll be more than happy to help you further!


Did that yesterday. Absolute zero help. They simply do not know the product. Now I am having major texting issues. For one, all texts to our MAIN number ONLY go to my email address and NOT the one I designated in notifications. Heck, there is not really a place to designate main number notifications anyway. Secondly, somehow texts to my personal phone are getting sent to my RingCentral notifications somehow. No idea how that is even possible.
