I own six tutoring centers, and each center has their own Ring Central account. On some days, a manager at one location must manage 3-4 different RC accounts - login on a phone, on the browser, and on the computer app in case we receive calls or text messages.
Does Ring Central have a way for my team to login to one place and have access to receive/make calls, send/receive texts all while ensuring that the phone number uses is the phone number expected. For example, customer at location A would receive a text from location A phone number.
I suspect that they do not, but if anyone has any better ideas than what we are doing with opening multiple accounts, I would love to hear them. We love Ring Central, but goodness I would do anything to have all of these consolidated into one dashboard.
