I need to change the amount of rings before a call is transferred to our cell phone. We get about two rings then it transfers but we need a longer time to answer. Please help

You can always configure the RingTime from your online portal here under Users--> Settings--> Call Handling & Forwarding there is an option "Set the number of rings " where you can set the Ring number and time.
