We sometimes receive calls into the wrong department. It would be nice to be able to transfer calls to the call queue of the correct department rather than choosing an individual to transfer to. Thanks!

Are you referring to transferring via presence keys on your phone? Or transferring in general? If the former, then no - not available. You can manually add a contact with the queue's extension and transfer in that manner. Works well enough.
If the latter, yes, you can transfer to a queue. Simply follow the transfer sequence of whatever phone you're using and enter the queue's extension - no different than an employee.
