Toll free billing increments seem to be some of the highest I have ever experienced. Previously I used AT&T and then Birch/Fusion. Both charged for 30 seconds minimum per call but then 6 second increments after that. RC rounds up every 30 seconds which i feel is a terrible way to treat customers with high volume toll free. My telecom service expenses have almost doubled due to toll free costs. Having IP phones in a cloud PBX with some additional features does not outweigh the cost of toll free being charged. Shopping around...
