Hi, recently I submitted a ticket regarding this issue and I don't know if anyone had the same problem? One of our users tried to call a customer in Ghana and after whitelisting and having it previously active in the billing section, we still get a message saying "The destination you dialed is disabled for your account. Please reach out to your admin or customer support." I was wondering if there was a documentation on the RingCentral Support page for references? I checked the RingCentral Engage Voice Admin documentation, it might be a outbound compliance tools?

Upon checking your case, the Whitelisting request is still waiting for approval. The Tech Support Team will give you an update once it's complete.
