We just recently went live with RingCentral and opted to establish a call queue for some of our extensions.
We have seen that the call queue feature is a burden for these extensions given that we cannot remove the "press 1" prompt for outside callers and we would like to remove those extensions from the queue.
Is there an easy way to remove this queue?
