We found sometimes, couple user's exentions numbers were assigned to be as Company Number.

We definitely had not manually assgined it, and we checked 'Audit Trail' and did not find anything. So we have no idea how this happened.

So under what kind of circumstance, a user's phone number will be assigned as Company Number?

Actually I tried to create case in support portal, but as another post I created, my account got problem to login 'My Case Portal'.
