The RingCentral app on my android device is no longer ringing. Looking at the google play feedback, 2 other members also write in the same complaint. I checked my settings and they have not been changed. Showing its set to Ring Loud with Vibrate disabled.

Is anyone else getting this problem as its started a few days ago and I factory resetted my device to instantly get the same problem with Ring Central first thing.

Uninstalled and reinstalled, same issue. Has the patch been pushed yet?

Hi Jessica, It seems its a global issue as all mobile telephones using RingCentral is at fault at the moment.

I can confirm all desktop PC and laptops using the service is running normally. My staff have been told to remove RingCentral from the mobile devices and start using Windows or iMac computers only to avoid further disruption to our customers.

Hi @Paul Reid, yes, the mobile team confirmed that this was a known issue and a patch should have been pushed out in 21.3.11. Can you confirm if your users are on this version and still having the issue?

Any updates to this issue? I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 and it's not ringing.

@Tish Marti Can you confirm that you are on the most recent version? A patch should have been pushed out in 21.3.11.

Still on 21.3.10. How can I force an update. I've just been installing from the google play store.

Hi @Jason McDaniel

I just checked the Android Play Store, the latest version available is 21.3.11.504. Looks like you can force a manual update by:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app .
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
  3. Tap Manage apps & device. Apps with an update available are labeled "Update available." You can also search for a specific app.
  4. Tap Update.

Update, everyone on my company ringcentral mobile app is no longer ringing. Only on screen display when calls come in without ringing. Please advise.

I'm having the same issue with my Galaxy s20. Started last Wednesday.

Further update.

Ring Central system outage causing issues to all Mobile apps only.

Desktop apps seem unaffected so far.

Multiple companies are having the same issue. If you have also, please let me know. More feedback for RingCentral team to resolve the issues will be helpful.

A patch for this has been released to the Android Google Play Store. Please ensure you are on version 21.3.11. No uninstall/reinstall should be necessary. If you visit the app page, you should see an update available. Thank you!
