Can't see when user is on a call

For some reason, I've stopped being able to see when a specific user is on a call. I've checked under Presence and Permissions, made sure we all have permission to see, and restarted the affected phones. No dice. Is there maybe something on the deskphone itself that I need to adjust? I can see when other people in the office are on the phone, it seems to only be one extension.

We are only on Deskphone, not any of the mobile apps or desktop apps.
