What options to I have for Connecting Ringcentral to on-prem Call manager (IP PBX)?

can we run both solutions at the same time and move to the cloud completely by time. for example is that an option to have a direct sip trunk between ringcentral and my PBX or maybe doing this using Local GW same as what Microsoft teams offer?

No, there is no interoperability. Are you transitioning from Cisco to RC? Your best bet if you're looking to have both live for testing before porting is simply to forward some DIDs from your Call Manager to RC and test it that way.
