@Mona Detablan I have a solution for sending after hour text messages when someone text. Check out usesendit.com. We are already full integrated with Ring Central and it's easy to set up. If you have any questions email me at sales@usesendit.com.

After hours setting is here, but not sue automatic SMS feature acknowledgment is there for this.
