Why does extension-to-extension missed calls affect the total number of missed calls?

This has been going on here also, rings for 1 second then shows missed on the call log on one extension.


Happens 3-4 times a day out of several dozen calls.


Hopefully this is fixed soon, it is impacting things in a negative way.

There are no exceptions on how calls are counted. All calls reflected in Call Logs are added to the total number of missed calls.
