How I can Now where conversation log saved (database)
I'm build dotnet project to call team messaging API'S
and chat-Bot java Script Framework.

where chat messaging and conversation saved?
and can I build own database to save this conversations?

Yes, you can read posted messages from a team, a group or a chat using this API. The param 'chatId" is an id of a team, a group or a chat (conversation). For example, you can read all teams using this API, then use the id of each team to read posted messages from that team.

For compliance purpose, you can use the compliance export API to export entire company team messaging data.

but can I connect own custom SQL with my app on ring-central?
or just read data from ring-central API's ?

No integration so no connection. You can build one if you want to. Just call the API to read the data, extract useful data and create your own format to add them to your SQL db.
