Not able to Graduate the app due to Webhook Subscription

I'm unable to exercise the webhook subscription. I made several calls to Get Subscriptions, Create and Delete.

Please help me with how we can graduate it.

It's a public app/bot. And the name is testing_app and the app description is "asfdasfadsfdsadsafasd"? Do you mind to edit it and provide meaningful name and description?

Also, you can open a dev support ticket to get help.
