Is international fax ability turned on in my account?

I am trying to fax several; locations in London UK and my first faxes have been returned as failed.

The numbers I am faxing are 442073701685 and 442031467980

How do I make these faxes go through?

I think +442031467980 is not a fax number. If you call it you get a greeting for some residency in London?
I don't get a fax tone when I dial +442073701685 either?

Hi Robert, please make sure that International Calling is enabled in your Admin Portal.
