API List Extension only displays 1 extension in Sandbox?

I am testing my app in the Sandbox and trying to capture a detailed list of all extensions on my account. I am an admin.
URL: https://platform.devtest.ringcentral.com/restapi/v1.0/account/~/extension?page=1&perPage=50
I only capture details for my extension. Looking to capture all extensions. Is this limited in the Sandbox or is there something else I should do?

Have you added new extensions to your sandbox account? Out of the box, when you signup and activate your sandbox account, the system would create only 1 user extension and it is the main super admin user (101) which can login the sandbox service web to manage the account including adding new users (max 4 users including the main super admin itself).
