Blacklisted Countries

I've requested that RingCentral provide a list of countries blacklisted. recently discovered Rwanda was blacklisted and had to request that it would be whitelisted. However no one seems to have a list of countries blacklisted. We are a travel company that send our clients all over the world and it seems as we should be able to call their hotel etc.!

Hi @christine12 ,there is no official list of countries, but it is considered blocked or unavailable you cannot find it on the RingCentral International Calling Rates page.
