Anyone experience issue with Fax in sandbox account

We are trying to send out fax and receive fax in our sandbox account. But have no luck.

I notice the "To" values are always overwritten to the below regardless of what we put in.

Can you clarify this "I notice the "To" values are always overwritten to the below regardless of what we put in." Was the recipient number an international phone number?

Hi Phong,
So essentially, we put in a USA fax phone number from RingCentral (our sandbox fax number: +18582470309) but when I check the payload, the to number is to an international number, and it just fail saying destination not found.

Just to confirm. So you cannot send a test fax from your production account to your sandbox main company number (+18582470309), right? I check your account log and see a few in and out faxes received and sent successfully.

can you send from sendbox fax to sendbox fax number?

Yes you can.

I tried to send a fax to your sandbox number and it failed with this error

to: [
    {
      recipientId: '8325595004',
      phoneNumber: '+18582470309',
      name: 'Paco Vu',
      location: 'La Jolla, CA',
      messageStatus: 'SendingFailed',
      faxErrorCode: 'LineBusy'
    }
  ]

Can you login the RC app (for sandbox) with the user 101 (the one that receives fax to the account main company number). Then you can try sending your fax or let me know and I can try again.

No luck, I cant send fax through the app

I confirm that faxes can be sent form sandbox to sandbox numbers.

There might be something wrong with your sandbox account or phone number. Can you submit a dev support ticket to get help.
