I do not use salesforce.com. I have written custom aps in Force.com and have custom objects. Can Ringcentral for salesforce be customized to read that file instead of standard salesforce accounts and contacts.

Can the results of a phone call from Ringcentral be written to a custom object in salesforce at the end of a call?

No, RingCentral only supports up to five (5) digit extensions.

At this time ringcentral only support a 5 digit extension. I also need the ability to enter 6 digit extensions.  Will that be possible?

Hey Bill,

We do not provide explicit release dates for features which are currently being engineered. Using this approach prevents us from releasing poor quality features, or negatively impacting our relationship with our customers and developers in cases of delayed releases due to unforeseen circumstances.

We are actively working on this feature, and you can follow our blog for new release announcements: https://blog.ringcentral.com/ (there is a subscription form on the right side of the page where you can receive email notifications of new blog posts).

Hello Bill,
Thanks for you interest in Salesforce App and customization. We currently support Task Object only but the good news is that we are working on enhancements that will allow adding custom objects. We are hoping this feature should be available by the end of the year
