First, allow me to welcome you to the RingCentral Developer Community!
We have useful resources available to explain and demonstrate with code how to use Click to Call using either the URI Scheme or RingOut functionality:
- The PHP SDK contains a "demo" directory which provides sample code for many frequently used actions with RingCentral. If you want to create a click to call using the RingOut portion of the PHP SDK, you can find example code here: https://github.com/ringcentral/ringcentral-php/blob/master/demo/ringout.php
- This Developer Tutorial shows how to do this using the URI scheme: http://ringcentral.github.io/tutorial/?http#making-calls-uri-scheme
- This Developer Tutorial shows how to do this using the RingOut functionality: http://ringcentral.github.io/tutorial/?http#making-calls-ringout
- Grokify created a CTI integration demo app which you can use as a playground: http://grokify.github.io/cti-demo/index.html
The first thing you'll need to do is to create an interface within your CRM to permit a RingCentral user the ability to authenticate (you'll want to use the 3-Legged OAuth). Once the operator has authenticated (via your CRM) into their RingCentral account, your application will have obtained a valid access token which can be used to execute calls (such as RingOut) from within your CRM application to the RingCentral API of your choosing.
Does this answer your question?
Thanks,
