I am using the demo of Web Phonecall and I have given all the permission in sandbox account as much I am able to. Now, when I am tried to log in from the web phonecall it says that I need to give VoipCalling permission. But, I can't see any option for that.

George,
We have clearly mentioned this in the README section of our official WebRTC SDK :
https://github.com/ringcentral/ringcentral-web-phone#configuring-your-ringcentral-app
This is an Advanced permission which would be added to your application from us. Kindly provide us the name of the application ( via Developer Support Case / email ) and we would add the VOIP Calling API permission right away.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Anil is quite aware of both the need for this and how to add this API permission.
He may choose to handle adding this for you on his own, but that is not our formal process (which is what I documented here).
Developer Support cases are handled quite quickly and if you submit it today, it will be done by end of day tomorrow.

Thanks for your patience. This issue is a remnant from the WebRTC-Beta release which just finished up recently.
Currently, you will need to create a developer support case (FIFO) requesting the "VOIP Calling" API Permission be added to your application (please supply the Application ID in your email / support case). Remember the Platform Type for WebRTC-supporting apps must be "Browser-Based".
There is an Engineering ticket submitted to mass-enable the VOIP Calling API Permission for developers using the Platform.
