When creating a webhook for subscription

Expected HTTP Error: Client error: 'POST https://platform.devtest.ringcentral.com/restapi/v1.0/subscription' resulted in a '400 Bad Request' response: { "errorCode" : "SUB-524", "message" : "HTTPS certificate is not valid", "errors" : [ { "errorCode" : "SUB-524 (truncated...) This means that the Push Notification address you have provided (either or both):

1. Does not have a valid SSL certificate chain
2. Does not support TLS v1.2
