brandId invalid - how do I enable my app for all countries?

We are using password flow and our app is working only for RingCentral US. We tried it with Canada number it returned as "parameter is invalide[ brandId] ". How to enable for all countries? Please give steps and full details.

Please send an email to the developer support team or submit a support ticket to have your app enabled for Canada.
