NetSuite CTI Telephony integration rcmobile links broken on OSX

We are working on adding click-to-call links to our NetSuite system using RingCentral and we have followed documentation on getting the telephony integration working.

On our Windows based PCs, things work fine. A window loads asking if they want to open Ring Central. Then upon clicking the button, the soft phone dials the number clicked.

On OSX however the rcmobile://call?number{phone} links to not work. They simply open a new window which is blank. Now on a website with a direct link to a phone number using <a href="tel:PHONE"> this does work on OSX. Since these tel: type of numbers worked on a standard website, we tried using that as well instead of the suggested rcmobile:// style. Neither option works in the CTI telephony integration.

Hi, we noticed our NetSuite and RingCentral API stopped working (one touch dialing and such). We are a NetSuite development firm, so we decided to release our own integration to the public. You can get it here: https://www.proteloinc.com/netsuite-ringcentral-integration/

If anyone has issues with getting URI Scheme to work, please be sure to post your browser and OS versions as different browsers have different support. You can do this using a WhatIsMyBrowser.com link:

https://www.whatismybrowser.com/

You can also see some specific information for Google Chrome here:

Hi, Joshua! Did you manage to get the integration working? I hope you did but just in case you'd like something a little easier and far less stressful with reliable after sales support, you may want to check Tenfold out:

The software doesn't require you to deal with a lot of changes to end-user behavior and won't also disrupt your current infrastructure. Hope this helps!

There is a similar report here: https://devcommunity.ringcentral.com/ringcentraldev/topics/-rc-mobile-url-scheme-doesnt-work-as-expe...

Could you please create a Support case for this issue?
