outlook plugin invalid meeting start time

trying to arrange meeting, using the outlook plug in, and every time I try to arrange a meeting in the app, I get the message, enter a valid start time?

thanks, we are completely new to ring central and going through a PoC, but would be great if you can point me in the right direction
