When did Ring Central decide to delete users archived sent items without notification?

When did Ring Central decide to delete users archived sent items without notification? Does Ring Central not store in the cloud? I have used this product for several years and I could always review sent file documents and save them. All of my files are now gone.

Support about this. Sounds like something went wrong somewhere :(
