When did Ring Central decide to delete users archived sent items without notification? Does Ring Central not store in the cloud? I have used this product for several years and I could always review sent file documents and save them. All of my files are now gone.

Hey Sheila, if you haven't already, I would contact Support about this. Sounds like something went wrong somewhere :(
