One Iphone RingCentral App user having difficulty with clarity of phone calls. Other users not having issue.

To help us diagnose this issue, could you please help do the following things?
1. Reproduce this issue 
2. Tap your profile > "Help" > "Report Issue" > describe the issue you meet and tap "Send"
