on computer boot up the on hold sequence is running

When I turned on my computer this morning the On Hold recording started running immediately. I set custom times for the business to be open and right now it should be closed. How do I stop the on hold feature from running so I can use my computer to listen to other programs and not have this endless loop of "Thank you for calling .."
