Ring Central click to call is disabled after enabling 2 factor authentication on salesforce

Can anyone please help with what could the issue be? Last time it got disabled cause of instance refresh

Hi Reetika, 

I reached out to some Salesforce team members, and they advised to
double check that their POD didn't move. Usually a POD can start with "NA62(two letters and two numbers usually) and they might just need to update the POD in the CTI URL ( steps are found in the admin guides)
